Privacy Policy

HAVN (“we,” “us”) is operated from Denmark and sells in the United States. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Order info: name, email, shipping/billing address, phone number, and order history — required to process and deliver your order.
• Payment info: handled entirely by Shopify’s PCI-compliant checkout. Card numbers never touch our servers.
• Email signups: your address, if you join the list or claim a welcome code.
• Usage data: we use privacy-first analytics (no cross-site tracking, no ad identifiers).

Who processes it for us

Only providers we need to run the store: Shopify (payments and store hosting), our U.S. fulfillment partner (packing and shipping), and our analytics provider. Each receives only what its job requires. We never sell personal information.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your data, and opt out of marketing at any time: hello@havn.co. EU/EEA residents have GDPR rights (the data controller is HAVN, Denmark); California and other US-state residents have equivalent rights under their state laws. We answer within 30 days.

Retention

Order records are kept as long as bookkeeping law requires (5 years under Danish rules), marketing emails until you unsubscribe.

Terms of Service

By using this site or purchasing from HAVN, you agree to these terms.

Who you’re buying from

HAVN is a Danish business (company registration in progress; this page will carry the CVR number). Products are manufactured and shipped for us in the United States. Nothing in these terms limits protections you’re entitled to as a consumer in your state or country.

Orders & pricing

Prices are in USD and may change for future orders. We may cancel and fully refund any order (suspected fraud, address we cannot ship to, or pricing errors). Products are dietary supplements — not medicine, and not a substitute for medical care.

Subscriptions

• Subscriptions renew and bill automatically at the interval you chose at checkout — every 1, 2 or 3 months — at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel.
• Cancel or skip anytime — via the link in any receipt email, or by emailing us — at least 48 hours before your renewal date to affect that renewal. Cancelling stops all future charges; it never costs anything.
• The Complete Ritual is a four-formula product: every delivery includes N°04 (STEADY) alongside RISE, CALM and REST. STEADY is also available to buy on its own.
• Your subscription price is locked while it stays active. If we ever change it, you get email notice at least one cycle in advance.

Promotional codes

Welcome codes (e.g. 10% off) are single-use, valid on your first order only, apply to subscription orders, expire 30 days after issue, and can’t be combined or exchanged for cash. We may void codes obtained or used abusively (e.g. multiple accounts).

Disclaimers & liability

The site and products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, HAVN is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

Danish law governs these terms, except that if you’re a US consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your state still apply to you.

Refund & Returns Policy

Subscriptions

To stop future shipments, skip or cancel before the next billing date — free, instant, no questions.

Damaged, wrong, or missing items

If anything arrives damaged, incorrect, or short, email a photo within 14 days of delivery and we’ll ship a replacement free — usually within 3 business days.

Delivery problems

If tracking shows “delivered” but nothing arrived, contact us within 7 days and we’ll open a carrier investigation and make it right. If a package returns to us because the address you gave was wrong or undeliverable, we’re happy to reship — reshipment postage is on you.

Shipping Policy

• Where: the contiguous United States. We currently can’t ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO territories, or internationally — orders to those addresses are refunded in full.
• Subscriptions: free at a $50+ product subtotal per delivery; otherwise $6.95 flat.
• One-time orders: free at $50+; otherwise $6.95 flat.
• Processing: bottled, labeled, and dispatched from our US facility within 1–3 business days.
• Transit: usually 2–5 business days after dispatch (USPS); tracking lands in your email the moment it ships.
• Address changes: possible until the order ships — email us fast. Renewals ship to your saved address; update it anytime via the receipt link.
