Where we ship

The 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC.

We cannot currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands), APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or outside the United States. Orders placed to those addresses are cancelled and refunded in full.

Shipping cost

  • Free standard shipping on any order with a product subtotal of $50 or more.
  • $6.95 flat rate below $50.
  • The same rates apply to every subscription delivery. Most subscription deliveries ship free.

Processing time

Orders are picked, labelled and dispatched from our US fulfillment centre in Arvada, Colorado within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays).

Transit time

Typically 2 to 5 business days after dispatch, by USPS. Tracking is emailed the moment the parcel ships.

Most orders arrive 3 to 8 business days after they are placed.

Subscription deliveries

Your billing interval is the same as your delivery interval. One charge, one box, and each box holds the full supply for that interval:

  • 1-month plan: one delivery every month
  • 2-month plan: one delivery every 2 months, containing 2 months of supply
  • 3-month plan: one delivery every 3 months, containing 3 months of supply

Each renewal is dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of the renewal charge.

Address changes

You can change the delivery address on an order until it ships, so email us quickly with your order number. Subscription renewals ship to the address saved on your subscription, which you can update at any time from the manage-subscription link in your order confirmation email.

Duties and customs

None. Every order ships domestically within the United States, so there are no customs fees or import duties.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If tracking shows delivered and nothing arrived, tell us within 7 days and we replace or refund. If anything arrives damaged, send a photo within 14 days and we replace it free. You never have to ship anything back. See our refund policy.
