You never have to ship anything back

HAVN products are sealed dietary supplements, so we do not ask for physical returns. If something is wrong with your order we fix it by sending a free replacement or issuing a refund, and the product stays with you. No return labels, no restocking fees, no return postage.

Damaged, wrong or missing items

Email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will ship a free replacement, usually dispatched within 3 business days. If you would rather have your money back, we refund the affected item in full to your original payment method instead. Your choice.

Tracking says delivered but nothing arrived

Contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan. We open a carrier investigation and make it right with either a free replacement or a full refund.

Undeliverable addresses

If a parcel comes back to our fulfillment centre because the shipping address was incorrect or undeliverable, we are happy to reship it. Reshipment postage is payable by the customer.

Cancelling a one-time order before it ships

One-time orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before dispatch, normally a 1 to 3 business day window. Email us with your order number and we will stop it.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions can be skipped, paused or cancelled at any time before the next billing date. It is free, it is instant, there is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. See our subscription cancellation policy for full detail.

Change of mind

We do not offer change-of-mind refunds on orders that have already been delivered. A supplement that has left our facility cannot be resold, so instead of pricing returns into every bottle we keep prices lower and resolve genuine problems generously. If you are unsure which formula suits you, email us before you order and we will give you a straight answer.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2 business days of approval. Banks typically post them within a further 3 to 10 business days.
