Cancellation policy

Cancel any time, no fee

Every HAVN subscription can be cancelled at any time. There is no minimum term, no commitment and no cancellation fee. Cancelling stops all future charges and costs nothing.

How your plan renews

Your billing interval is the same as your delivery interval. One charge, one box:

  • 1-month plan is charged and shipped every month
  • 2-month plan is charged and shipped every 2 months, and each box holds 2 months of supply
  • 3-month plan is charged and shipped every 3 months, and each box holds 3 months of supply

The first charge is taken at checkout. Every renewal is then charged automatically to the same payment method at your chosen interval until you cancel. You are emailed before each renewal charge.

How to cancel, skip or pause

  1. Open the Manage subscription link in any HAVN order confirmation or renewal email, or sign in to your customer account.
  2. Choose Skip next order, Pause or Cancel.

No phone call and no retention script. You can also email us and we will cancel it for you within 1 business day.

Timing

Make the change before your next billing date. We recommend at least 48 hours ahead so it lands before the renewal order is created. If a renewal has already been charged and dispatched, our refund policy applies.

Price protection

The price of an active subscription is locked for as long as it stays active. If we ever change it you get email notice at least one full billing cycle in advance, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

Subscription prices, per delivery (USD)

  • The Complete Ritual (Rise, Calm, Rest and Steady): $99.00 monthly, $190.00 every 2 months, $264.00 every 3 months
  • Single formula (Rise, Calm or Rest): $30.00 monthly, $56.00 every 2 months, $81.00 every 3 months
  • Steady: $20.00 monthly, $38.00 every 2 months, $54.00 every 3 months

Shipping is free at a $50 or higher product subtotal, otherwise $6.95 per delivery. Prices exclude any sales tax that applies in your delivery state.

What is in each delivery

The Complete Ritual is a four-formula product: every delivery contains Rise, Calm, Rest and Steady. Steady is also sold on its own.

Changing your plan

To move between plans, for example from monthly to a 3-month box, or from a single formula to the full Ritual, cancel the current subscription and start the new one from the product page. Email us if you would like us to do it for you.
