This page is the short, plain summary of what you are agreeing to when you buy from HAVN. It sits alongside our terms of service, and nothing here limits the consumer-protection laws of your state.

What you are buying

Sealed dietary supplements, manufactured and shipped in the United States, sold in US dollars to addresses in the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC.

You can buy any formula once, or on a subscription. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay for that option — the store is configured tax-inclusive, so nothing further is added at checkout except shipping.

If you choose a subscription, this is the automatic-renewal agreement

Read this part before you check out.

  • Your subscription renews automatically and charges the payment method you used, at the interval you chose, until you cancel it.
  • Billing interval equals delivery interval. One charge, one box.
  • There is no minimum term, no commitment and no cancellation fee.
  • The first charge is taken at checkout. We email you before every renewal charge.
  • The price of an active subscription is locked while it stays active. If we ever change it, you get at least one full billing cycle of email notice and can cancel before it takes effect.

The recurring amounts, per delivery (USD)

  • The Complete Ritual — Rise, Calm, Rest and Steady in every delivery: $99.00 every month, $190.00 every 2 months, or $264.00 every 3 months.
  • A single formula — Rise, Calm or Rest: $30.00 every month, $56.00 every 2 months, or $81.00 every 3 months.
  • Steady on its own: $20.00 every month, $38.00 every 2 months, or $54.00 every 3 months.

The 2-month and 3-month plans deliver that many months of supply in one box, at that interval. Shipping is free at a $50 or higher product subtotal, otherwise $6.95 per delivery. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.

How to cancel

Open the Manage subscription link in any HAVN order confirmation or renewal email, or sign in to your customer account, and choose Skip next order, Pause or Cancel. It takes a few seconds. There is no phone call and no retention script.

Cancel before your next billing date — we suggest at least 48 hours ahead, so it lands before the renewal order is created. Full detail is in our cancellation policy.

Returns and refunds

We never ask you to ship anything back. If an order arrives damaged, wrong or short, or tracking says delivered and nothing came, we replace it free or refund it in full and you keep the product. One-time orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before dispatch. We do not offer change-of-mind refunds on supplements that have already been delivered. What these products are

HAVN sells dietary supplements. They are not medicine and are not a substitute for medical care.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Consult your physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if adverse reactions occur.

Who you are contracting with

HAVN, a sole trader registered in Denmark, selling exclusively into the United States. Company registration is in progress and this page will carry the registration number and a US mailing address once they are issued.
