By using this site or buying from HAVN you agree to these terms.

Who you are buying from

HAVN is a Danish business selling exclusively into the United States. Company registration is in progress and this page will carry the registration number once issued. Our products are manufactured, labelled and shipped for us in the United States. Nothing in these terms limits the consumer protections you are entitled to under the law of your state.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars and may change for future orders. We may cancel and fully refund any order in cases of suspected fraud, an address we cannot ship to, or an obvious pricing error. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable.

Products

HAVN sells dietary supplements. They are not medicine and are not a substitute for medical care. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult your physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if adverse reactions occur.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew and bill automatically at the interval you chose, until you cancel. Billing interval equals delivery interval: one charge, one box. You can skip, pause or cancel at any time before the next billing date, free of charge. Full detail is in our subscription cancellation policy.

Shipping and returns

See our shipping policy and refund policy. In short: we ship to the 48 contiguous states and Washington DC, free above $50, and we never require you to ship anything back.

Promotional codes

Welcome codes are single-use, valid on a first order only, apply to subscription orders, expire 30 days after issue, and cannot be combined or exchanged for cash. We may void codes obtained or used abusively, for example across multiple accounts.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site to break the law, to scrape or overload it, or to resell HAVN products without written permission.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, photography, and the HAVN name and marks, belongs to HAVN and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Disclaimers and liability

The site and products are provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HAVN is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law

Danish law governs these terms, except that if you are a consumer in the United States the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your state continue to apply to you.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here at the time of your order is the version that applies to it.
