What is colostrum?

Colostrum is the first milk a cow makes after giving birth. First Milk is bovine colostrum powder standardized to 25% IgG (immunoglobulin G): 2,300 mg of colostrum and 575 mg of IgG in every scoop.

How do I take it?

One level scoop in 6–8 oz of cold water, a smoothie or iced coffee. Drink it within 10 minutes of mixing, as the label says. Same time, every day.

What does it taste like?

It's unflavored. Colostrum has a mild, milky taste, which is why we suggest a cold drink you already like.

Can I mix it into hot coffee?

The label says cold water or your favorite beverage, consumed within 10 minutes of mixing. We keep it cold.

Is it dairy?

Yes. Colostrum is milk, so it's not for anyone with a milk allergy. Contains: Milk (Colostrum).

Who shouldn't take it?

If you're pregnant, nursing, under 18, taking medication or have a medical condition, check with your doctor first. First Milk is made for adults.

How fast does it ship?

Orders leave the warehouse within 1–5 business days, and USPS delivery usually takes 2–5 more. We ship to the 48 contiguous US states and Washington, DC.

What if it's not for me?

Email us at bohmarko567@gmail.com within 30 days of your first order's delivery and we'll refund it. No need to send it back.
