Steady is the fourth piece of the ritual — six botanical extracts held in a liquid base, taken once a day by dropper.

Cinnamon bark, licorice root, turmeric root, coriander seed, bitter melon and Japanese knotweed, each extracted rather than powdered. HAVN uses 2 ml per serving, 40 drops, taken in the morning — to support healthy energy metabolism.*
